Good fortune awaits one lucky donor at the Kentucky Blood Center (KBC) who will be awarded two tickets to Taylor Swift’s final U.S. Eras Tour on November 3rd in Indianapolis. The initiative is aimed at attracting donors, especially as summer arrives – a season typically associated with a slump in blood donations.
Kentucky Blood Center is kick-starting its “giving era” by incentivizing blood donors with a chance to win big.
From May 28th to June 29th, any individual who donates blood at a KBC location will automatically be entered into a drawing for the grand prize. Alongside the tickets, the lucky winner will also receive a $500 Visa gift card to cover travel expenses. The draw aims to boost donor numbers and ensure the KBC’s blood supplies remain sufficient throughout the summer months.
In addition to a shot at the grand prize, every donor will receive a Taylor Swift-inspired T-shirt as a sign of appreciation for their life-saving donation. And for those who donate at the donor centers on Mondays or Tuesdays during the promotion, they will receive Taylor Swift friendship bracelets.
Donor center locations are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. KBC will also be hosting numerous mobile drives across Kentucky during the promotion. Potential donors can book an appointment for both regular and mobile drives through the Kentucky Blood Center’s official website. While appointments are preferred, walk-ins are also welcome.
More details, including appointment scheduling and mobile drive locations, can be found on the KBC’s official website.
With such an exciting reward on offer, it’s easier than ever for the people of Kentucky to make a big difference to someone’s life. Not only will they be gifting someone a new lease on life, but they could also get the chance to enjoy a thrilling evening with one of pop music’s biggest superstars, Taylor Swift.
By donating blood, you will not only be saving lives but also stand a chance to witness a spectacular show by the pop music sensation.
