Serious Traffic Accident in Lexington Hospitalizes Three Individuals

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Three individuals were hospitalized following a serious traffic accident involving three vehicles on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Man o’ War Boulevard and Mt. McKinley Way.

According to local authorities, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene after reports of the collision. One person sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention. Additionally, two other victims were taken to the hospital with injuries that, while serious, were not life-threatening.

In response to the collision, police closed off Man o’ War Boulevard between Pimlico Parkway and Mt. McKinley Way. This closure was necessary to facilitate an investigation by the collision reconstruction unit, who are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.

The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation, and officials have not released any further details about the individuals involved. Authorities are encouraging anyone who may have witnessed the accident to come forward with information.
