Suspect Arrested in Lexington Shooting That Left Three Injured

Lexington, Ky. – Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting of three individuals that occurred on October 19. The incident took place in the 1500 block of Versailles Road.

When emergency responders arrived at the scene, they found a male and female victim who had sustained gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a local hospital, with one victim reported to have life-threatening injuries and the other with non-life-threatening injuries. A third male victim later emerged during the investigation when he arrived at a different hospital, also with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities have identified the suspect as 20-year-old Jacob Fogal, who faces charges of assault and tampering with physical evidence related to the shooting. The police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident, seeking any additional information that may help clarify the events that led to the violence.
