Lexington, Ky. — A driver was hospitalized following a serious accident on Russell Cave Road early Thursday morning. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. when the driver’s vehicle collided with a utility pole, resulting in the car flipping and coming to rest on its roof.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported the injured driver to a local hospital. According to authorities, the driver is expected to make a full recovery.
