LEXINGTON, Ky. — A tragic incident has resulted in the death of 72-year-old Kennith Varney from Lexington after he was struck by a vehicle. The collision occurred on November 17 at approximately 7:17 p.m. on Lane Allen Road, near the intersection with Harrodsburg Road.
According to a report from the Fayette County Coroner’s Office, Varney succumbed to his injuries at 4:46 p.m. on November 18. The report confirmed that he died due to blunt trauma injuries resulting from the motor vehicle collision.
