LEXINGTON – A new dining option is set to join the local scene as PARLOUR Pizza + Pints, an Indiana-based pizza chain, opens its first Lexington location this month. The restaurant will be situated at 2099 Harrodsburg Rd., in a space formerly occupied by O’Charley’s.
The grand opening is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on October 28. To mark the occasion, various pre-opening events are planned. A free First Responders Event will take place on October 24 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by Youth Sports Night on the same day from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., and a Charity Night on October 25 from 4 to 8 p.m., benefiting local non-profits such as CASA of Lexington and the Woodstock Animal Foundation.
According to PARLOUR’s CEO and President, Don Robinson, “Expansion into the Lexington market is just another big step in PARLOUR’s plans to become a national player in the restaurant industry.” This Lexington location will be PARLOUR’s seventh, introducing its award-winning menu and a new, innovative restaurant design aimed at enhancing the dining experience.
—The Harrodsburg Road location boasts more than 7,000 square feet of indoor dining space, complemented with a covered patio. Unique to this branch will be a “Big Blue” lounge and entertainment area, showcasing artwork from local artists.
What differentiates PARLOUR from other establishments, according to Robinson, is its commitment to providing an elevated concept in the pizza sector. The restaurant’s ambiance features a relaxed vibe, multiple TVs for sports enthusiasts, and a varied menu including handmade pizzas, grinders, smoked wings, and craft cocktails.
Founded in 2020 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, PARLOUR’s slogan is “People-Pizza-Pints.” Menu highlights include 10-inch and 14-inch pizzas, Sriracha Bourbon BBQ Nachos, and an extensive craft beer selection.
PARLOUR is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. For more details, the public can visit their official website at eatparlourpizza.com.
