Lexington’s Keeneland Looks to Employ Hundreds for 2024 Spring Meet

Keeneland racecourse is gearing up for their eagerly anticipated 2024 Spring Meet event, and to make it a grand success, this prestigious Lexington institution is looking to hire between approximately 300 and 400 part-time workers over the next few weeks.

According to Tiffany McDonald, the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Keeneland, many positions for varying roles are available. These include culinary artists, security personnel, parking attendants, guest services, retail staff, and many others.

Keeneland provides extensive training and an orientation program for all its new and returning employees prior to the first race day to ensure a seamless transition into their respective roles. This step is crucial to maintain their top-tier customer service, assuring all visitors feel well taken care of.

Hiring Center Open Days
