Tragedy Strikes Lexington: 17-Year-old Shot and Killed Overnight

Authorities stated that Johnson’s lifeless body was discovered around the early hours of a cold Friday morning in the 2400 block of Rockaway Drive, in response to a distress call made to a 911 dispatcher. Despite the combined efforts of paramedics and firefighters who briskly transferred him to the emergency room at the UK Medical Center, Johnson succumbed to his grave injuries.
