This self-care day includes valuable health screenings, such as blood pressure checks, and mental health sessions, aiming to enhance well-being in the community.

As Lexington honors the legacy of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the annual MLK Day celebration will take a poignant approach this year. The theme, “Where Do We Go From Here?” reflects on the significant thoughts expressed in Dr. King’s final book. The program will feature keynote speaker Dr. Nyle Fort, alongside a lineup of events, including:
