Lexington, Ky. – Debra Carrier has been declared the winner of the 2024 St. Jude Dream Home, an announcement made after an extensive eight-month building process. The Dream Home, located at 3520 Stolen Horse Trace, represents the 10th project of its kind in Lexington.
