Update: Hilltop Avenue Garage Undergoes Scheduled Maintenance

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 1, 2024)

As of Wednesday, July 3, the Hilltop Avenue Garage is scheduled to undergo maintenance, causing temporary closures and restrictions. The maintenance will include a range of tasks, from resurfacing and restriping to painting and cleaning.

Details of the Maintenance

Contractors have been called in to carry out the maintenance work which includes resurfacing and restriping on the second level, painting in the stairwells, and cleaning the exterior brick. The vehicular entrance to the Garage will be closed from 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, and all vehicles are required to be evacuated by 8 p.m. on the same day. The garage aims to reopen its doors to the public at 5 a.m. on Monday, July 8.

Public Awareness
