Frankfort Clubhouse to Accept Reservations by Late October After Major Renovations

Frankfort Clubhouse Set to Open for Reservations in Late October

Frankfort, KY – The Frankfort Plant Board (FPB) is gearing up to welcome the community to its newly renovated Clubhouse, with reservations expected to be accepted starting in late October. This announcement comes after the recent completion of significant renovations, with FPB Support Services Director announcing that the project was approximately 99% completed during a board meeting on September 16.

The draft of the clubhouse rental agreement has been finalized and presented to the board for review and approval, paving the way for the clubhouse to be utilized by residents and organizations in the area. The renovations aimed to enhance the facility, ensuring it meets the needs of the community and serves as a venue for various events.

Located centrally in Frankfort, the Clubhouse is anticipated to be a venue for family gatherings, meetings, and celebrations, providing residents with a modern and accessible space. The development reflects FPB’s commitment to community engagement and improvement.

As the FPB finalizes the last steps of the renovation process, further updates on rental information and availability are expected to be provided in the coming weeks. Community members are encouraged to keep an eye out for more information on how to reserve the facility.

In related weather news, residents of Frankfort can expect a foggy morning with showers developing later in the afternoon, as the high reaches 77°F. Winds will be light from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph, with a 40% chance of rain. This evening, rain showers are expected to continue, clearing overnight with a low of 54°F.
