- A shiny new 750-student elementary school on Polo Club Boulevard, projected to cost around $28.7 million, will sit close to the new Mary Britton Middle School, which is opening its doors in fall 2025.
- Plans are in the works for a 450-student George Washington Carver Elementary School for Boys, estimated at $18.7 million. This project will involve acquiring the necessary land for its location.
- Aiming to enhance bilingual education, a 750-student Maxwell Spanish Immersion Elementary School is also on the agenda, replacing the current Maxwell Elementary School with a budget of $28.7 million.
- The SCAPA at Bluegrass School, catering to grades 4-8, is set for an upgrade, with an estimated cost of $40.6 million earmarked for replacing the school at 400 Lafayette Parkway.
- Major renovations are planned for several high and middle schools, including Paul Laurence Dunbar and Lafayette High Schools, as well as Beaumont and Southern Middle Schools.
- The former Eastside Technical Center will be converted into a new transportation administration building, alongside a facility dubbed The Hill for career and technical students, set to debut in August 2025.

- Also in the pipeline is a welcome and community education center for families, estimated to cost $7.3 million, along with a new district operations department building priced at $23 million.
