Ball is described as a 6’3″, 250-pound white man with blonde hair and blue eyes. At the time of his escape, he was wearing a full-body khaki jumpsuit along with a khaki hat. Ball is originally from Russell Springs.
Cornwell, the second escapee, stands at 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has black hair and blue eyes. Cornwell, who hails from Georgetown, was last seen donning a white t-shirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes, and a khaki hat.
