ELEVATE Kentucky is now accepting applications for its Class of 2025, providing a unique opportunity for young professionals. This leadership development program is designed for individuals aged 25-35 and will focus on enhancing both personal and professional skills.
The program consists of three three-day sessions and will take place in various locations throughout the state: Owensboro, Pikeville, and Frankfort/Northern Kentucky. These sessions are scheduled from April to June 2025.
With an average age of participants being 25 to 35, the program aims to cultivate future leaders who can effectively address the strengths and challenges faced by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. By participating, members will develop a broader perspective and acquire new skills that they can bring back to their respective organizations.
“Professional development doesn’t just take place in the office,” said Janice Way, President of Leadership Kentucky. “Using Kentucky’s remarkable communities as the learning environment to nurture leadership skills, we empower our state’s future leaders to enhance their communities and elevate the Commonwealth.”
Participants will hear from prominent Kentucky leaders, engage in panel discussions, and participate in hands-on learning experiences that provide insight into both regional and statewide issues. This immersive approach helps them gain a deeper understanding of their own leadership capabilities.
