Lexington, KY – A beloved preschool teacher at William Wells Brown Elementary School, Mrs. Frances Blackford, has died at the age of 62. Mrs. Blackford passed away on November 28, as reported by officials from Bethsaida Baptist Church. Currently, the cause of her death has not been disclosed. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Hawkins Taylor Funeral Home in Lexington.
